Today was a day just to do the steps. You may know that I’m something of a night owl. Getting up at 4:30 every day has been a struggle. But I do it. Because it’s on my path to getting healthy. UPDATE: I've lost 5 lbs since starting last Monday! And if I get a haircut, I’ll shed another pound or two! LOL
